Egg Roast
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time : 15-25 mins
Serves : 2-3
Ingredients :
- 4 boiled Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- pinch of pepper powder
- pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
Procedure:
- Take boiled Egg and cut into slices

- Take a mixing bowl, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper ,hing,lemon juice and salt, mix well by adding little water to a smooth paste.

- Apply masala mixture and marinate eggs for 2 mins.

- Then heat oil in a pan and shallow fry eggs to a golden brown color on both the sides.

- Serve hot with healthy Salad
